Our main goal is to provide you with the best possible product while being conscious of our planet. Although wax fragrance is nearly impossible to be natural we proudly make all of our wax products with USA farmer grown soy wax with vegetable based dyes and eco friendly mica and glitters.
We are always adding new fragrances and are probably working on it now if you don't see it listed in our store. Always feel free to drop us a line and we will do our best to make your desired fragrance available to order as soon as possible.
During warmer months of the year our wax melts can soften up during the delivery process due to higher temperatures. If you find this to be the case when you receive your melts, place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours prior to use and they will return to their normal state. Wax melts that become soft or cracked are still perfectly fine to use. If an item is damaged during shipping or completely melted please see our returns and exchanges section.
Yes! At the beginning of 2018 we contacted all of our fragrance suppliers and made sure that all of our fragrances were Phthalate Free due to growing concerns with phthalates. Some product pages with have a Phthalate Free image on them and some don't. We have verified all of our scents to be Phthalate Free.
Everyone's nose reacts to scents a little (or a lot) different. Some noses will be sensitive to certain scents & not so sensitive to others. Some other things that can effect throw are air conditioners, drafts, location of your warmer, what kind of warmer is being used, how long the wax has cured, how the wax has been stored, how old the wax is, etc

Wax melts if stored correctly can be good for years. We typically suggest using your melts within a year of purchase. Wax Melts should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place. Usually an air tight container works best. Bagging your clamshell in an air tight bag will also help for prolonged storage. Polypropylene or Cello bags are recommended as they will not hinder your fragrance throw over time like a ziplock bag or any other general storage bag will.
YES! Lower wattage warmers will melt wax slower and produce lighter fragrance, but often for a longer period of time. Ideal for small rooms or if you don’t like overly strong fragrances. Higher wattage warmers will melt wax quickly and produce a stronger, more intense fragrance, often for a shorter period of time. Well suited to large rooms and for those who love their home fragrance strong. Other factors that will influence your fragrance experience are room size, airflow in the room, and the wax itself, some fragrances just last longer than others.

Our processing time is always changing and the best way to see our current processing times is to look for the banner at the very top of our website. Typically orders are processed within 2-10 business days at the latest depending on time of the year.
YES! We have various shipping options at checkout for your order. Expedited orders take priority over standard shipping orders and will be placed just ahead of "Line Jump" orders and will be processed faster. You can find Express UPS & USPS options at checkout.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we do our best to assist our customers when a package is lost. We always recommend contacting your local post office/UPS office first as well as leaving a note for your courier explaining what happened. If they are not able to assist you further, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim, etc. If you have neighbors that live close to you we also suggest asking them if they received your package by mistake. If the Post Office/UPS deems your package as lost, we will work with you to have a replacement sent out. We will not grant refunds for any order with tracking information that is marked as "delivered" so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
We accept return within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging. Wax Melts cannot be cracked or used to be eligible for a return. To submit a return request kindly contact us via our contact form on our website or email us firstname.lastname@example.org
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label which will have to printed and attached to the original packaging or closest packaging to what we shipped your order in. The return postage cost will be deducted from your returned order total. Usually $3.00-12.00
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days.
Refunds are issued in three circumstances. 1. You have successfully submitted a return request and in that case a refund will be given within 1-3 days of the return being completed. 2. We will grant you a refund if an order has been placed and marked as shipped but has not gone out and you would like to cancel your order. We will void your shipment and issue you a full refund ONLY if your order has indeed not actually been accepted by the courier. 2. The only other instance a refund is given is based on certain circumstances at the discretion of us for the order in question. We love our customers believe in making it right!
