Our Promise
We accept returns on unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles, wax melts, or room sprays.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return
- Log into your account: Go to your Account Page and find your order history.
- Request a return: Select the order you wish to return and click the "Request Return" button. Follow the on-screen instructions to select items and provide a reason.
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions.
- Ship your item: Package your return securely. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
